myMachine.cloud is the new administrative backbone of Whittle Group’s SaaS Product offering.

The myMachine.cloud User Portal is the main portal for both Tenant and Merchant users to manage the SaaS products that have been implemented for the client. Using the same tenant structure as Whittle Group SaaS products, Portal Users will now be able to see all of their organization’s SaaS Services in one place. myMachine.cloud also can be utilized for automated operational tasks, such as submitting hardware orders direct to partner distribution centers.

Clients who work with SaaS Products have historically needed to login to each individual management system, make changes for a single product, and then move onto the next configuration step. For Whittle Group SaaS Products, we have leveraged our multi-tenant SaaS structure to create a single point of entry for managing a Tenant or Merchant’s SaaS implementation.
