We have assisted in implementing this software for many of our clients, and we’re excited to share our expertise with all of you!

Clients can partner with Whittle Group Inc. to gain access to Ingenico’s Hosted Estate Manager system. As a HEM Reseller, Whittle Group works with Ingenico to set the Client up as a Sponsor in the Whittle Group Region. Beyond initial set up, Whittle Group works with the Client to understand how terminals will be deployed to merchants. We then help to design and implement processes that utilize Estate Manager for deploying terminals, managing software releases and parameters, and supporting merchants operationally.

Whittle Group also provides training at all levels for managing the file repositories, setting up public tasks and download scenarios, and tips to organize terminal parameters.
